ILThe place, cleanliness, design. facilities , good location near the underground.
Communication via messages, I would like to talk to a real person and not virtual. too much emphasis on charges if I would not do this and that. regarding putting keys in lockbox etc. better to send a person to great us and explain what and where and shoe us the place.
IE- New and Clean apartment, hosts were helpful, - All facilities are provided,
- very far from central London and there is no direct transport option to central London. - should be provided with tissues, toilet papers etc., - 10am checkout time is too early.
GBGood location. Very clean. Not to far from town, local shops and takeout places. Responses were quick on the booking.com platform if I had any queries.
Lifts weren’t working unfortunately and wasn’t informed of this prior to arriving with luggage etc.
