Appliances so we had a choice of eating out or stay in. friendly neighbours. Felt like a real community. Love the ceiling fans.

Person who tried to sleep downstairs, was kept awake by the noise of the clock, fridge & a jingle linked to the camera at the front of the property. Advise earplugs. Thats the only thing, everything else was great.

Not much....we don't mind basic as we camp often but would sooner have pitched a tent

Even basic cooking set up could have been supplied it was the reason we chose this over a hotel... that and we would sooner support a small business

It's actually a house and the host provided all that one needs during a short stay, no need to do groceries. The location of the house was good for where we needed to be. Also, a park and lots of restaurants nearby.

The direct vicinity is not nice, lots of trash on the street and loud neighbors. Inconvenient front door lock.

Lovely clean, homely, great facilities, had a great time lovely friendly neighbours and street, close to all amenities, added extras like cereal, milk and crisps, sweets for children and bottled water, tea and coffee were a lovely touch. Will definitely stay again.

Could benefit from a TV and or radio

Nothing at all I’m very disappointed for £129 I did expect top end of the property it was only one night thank goodness it was scruffy the bed looked like someone had slept in it there were bottles of half drank water by the side of the bed I could go on and on about the radiator when we managed to get the heating working we had to put a bowl under the tap as it was leaking and they must of known about it as there was a small container under the exact spot

To continue from above all the staircase was botched up there were exposed pipework damaged kick boards etc etc I booked it for family which had come from Ireland ,they wouldnt even use the tea coffee facilities I was embarrassed as the photos looked like the place was new .I honestly think I shouldn’t be on booking .com
