Un appartamento ben fatto ma gestito non ottimamente. Situato a poco più di un km dal centro è comunque comodamente raggiungibile raggiungibile a piedi. L'interno è nuovo è può contare su un'ampia zona living con cucina, salotto e un tavolino un po' sacrificato. Anche il bagno è spazioso e completo di lavatrice (a noi italiani manca il budet). La camera da letto è sacrificata, giusto quattro muri intorno ad un letto alla francese, senza nemmeno un comodino. Giudizio comunque positivo

Η τοποθεσια

Το δωματιο ηταν πολυ λερωμενο γιατι εγιναν εργασιες επιδιορθωσης. Κάτω απο το κρεβατι βρεθηκαν σακκοι απο τσιμέντο και σπασμένα και ολόκληρα πλακάκια και αλλα αντικείμενα με απίστευτες ακαθαρσίες. Ολα τα επιπλα ειχαν σκονη απο τσιμέντο παντού. Αναγκάστηκε η συζυγος μου να καθαρισει για 3 ωρες και εγω να κουβαλήσω τον τσιμεντο και τα πλακακια εξω. Ολοκληρο το διαμέρισμα μυριζε τσιμέντο και ακαθαρσίες καθόλη τη διαμονή μας. Ο ιδιοκτητης μας υποσχεθηκε αποζημίωση, αλλά ακόμα δεν πήραμε τίποτε. Ειναι ανεπίτρεπτο το booking.com να μην ασκει ελεγχους πριν συνεργαστει με τα διαμερισματα. Δεν υπήρχε σεβασμός στον επισκέπτη.

"Value for money for a short trip in Budapest."

The host was very helpful and kind. The house located in a quiet area close to metro and tram lines and had all the amenities we needed.

The house was a bit dusty. The bedroom was very small and had no space to walk next to bed. The sofa was not so comfortable.

The apartment is very close to the local attractions. There are also a lot of restaurants/terraces where you can eat. Also, very quiet at night, even though you are in the center of the city.

Great location. Quiet and secure. Others in the block were friendly.

Potentially more towels (however a very minor issue, typical Scots unable to cope with the heat 😂).
