Just Off Wilton Drive Apt 2

after turning on the lights we noticed a large puddle of water on the floor of the "kitchen". I called the number cuz no mop available. the host asked me about the refrigerator which apparently defrosted because someone left the door open. he asked if I would just clean it up with a hand towel. when I told him it was more bath towel size he said he couldn't give me new towels until "tomorrow". SO I mentioned I was paying to stay there and he expected me to either not shower or walk through a puddle of water all night. He then rudely said "so don't clean it Up" and I'll send someone in 2 hours. We went out and when we came back it was cleaned up. NOTE HOWEVER, there's a $90 cleaning fee which was more than the cost of the unit. No offer made to refund part or whatever. It would've been a reasonable stay except for this attitude and ultimately rip off in terms of the cleaning fee

there need to be more plugs. for example there was a coffee maker and no place to plug it in at the kitchen counter. I moved it to a night table next to the bed to access a plug

Quiet private neighborhood, Tony from management was very supportive.

Apt needs a deep clean, cleaning staff could of done better

Perfect place, perfect location!

The shower was in poor condition. It was in desperate need for a new mixing valve that works properly and a modern shower head with a removable handle; especially since the mounting height is so low. There was also no body soap in the shower, just.a jug of shower cleaner, so we had to go out and buy soap.

The property is close to a lot of the popular areas and bars. The location is very good for me. There was a few dust in some places in room but overall it was clean. I think it needs a little more work in the unit to make it look more modern and update but it is not a bad place at all. I was comfortable for my whole stay though I did not get to do what I had planned but overall I would stay here again. Despite all the negatives I listed none of them was that bad to the point where I would never book again.

The bathroom drainage did not drain well. The water took a while to drain even when I turn the shower off. The coffee machine was not working and some of the lights were not working in the unit. There is a small mirror beside the bed but you can’t really use it because it’s hard to see without any lights in the center near that spot. There was a few dust in some creases that was not attended to by housekeeping staff prior to arrival and it was evident. Also the remote worked on and off. Sometimes it works really well and then another time it does not change the channels.

Very close to Wilton drive where a lot of bars and restaurants are. The unit is also spacious. Loved it.
