"Perfect layover stay in a beautiful place."

We have had a short overnight layover in Rome and decided to stay close to the airport. The AGM Suite -Rome FCO was the perfect spot for us and it turned out to be a gem of a place: charming, spacious, private, very clean with a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea. We took a nice stroll along the sea and had a lovely dinner in one of the many restaurants recommended by our hostess. It was no problem getting an uber ride early morning to go to the airport( 10-12 minutes).

Everything was very nice, no minuses.

"Great location, kind host, but cleanliness needs improvement."

The apartment is ideal for a short stay of 1–2 nights, especially before departure or right after arrival. The location is definitely a big advantage – very close to the airport and within walking distance to the beach, which makes it very convenient. The host was very kind and accommodating. She waited for us at 1:00 AM to hand over the apartment, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the main downside was the cleanliness. We had the impression that the apartment had not been properly cleaned. The floor did not seem freshly washed, and some areas looked unfinished. In the bathroom, some single-use toiletries appeared to have been opened and were sticky, which was not very pleasant. Overall, the location and host were great, but the cleaning standards could definitely be improved.

Très bel emplacement, près de l’aéroport et de la mer. Bons restos sur le bord de la mer. Dommage qu’il faisait trop froid pour une baignade. La vue de l’appartement est belle surtout avec les beaux couchés de soleil.

La chambre est petite et le lit un peu trop dure pour moi. Manquait d’oreiller.
