The price, above all. We stayed two nights not because we liked it so much, but because I am that cheap :-) Value for money is unbeatable in this area.

Crazy church bell operator. And I mean INSANE. The last bells at 22:00, the first bells at 6:30 in the morning... Not once or twice, but 25 times... Another bell ringing was 6:37, about 10 hits, and then every now and then all day till 22:00 again. Cleanliness could be better, but as shared accommodation, I have seen worse. Adequate to the pricing point.

Nice village

I didn’t like atmosphere, building next to the property is a church with HIGH and VERY loud bell towers which started ringing around 5am every half an hour few times. No privacy at all!

The location are also used for many workers, who makes a lot of noise every day. Impossible to enjoy

It was cozy. And the host was friendly. T

The church is so close so you dont need alarm clock in the morning :). That is the only disadvantage.

Perfetto! Alessio is a super host, his place is unique and he has lovely cats :)

One of the best airbnbs of Lago Maggiore. Really enjoyed the stay. Ale and Bea are such lovely hosts. Decently recommend and will come back again.

Our experience at AD Rooms was exceptional in every aspect. The room was spacious, providing ample comfort during our stay. The easy self-check-in process allowed us to arrive at our convenience, and Alessio, our host, was readily available for communication, offering valuable insights about parking and the city, although our paths never crossed in person. Alessio's thoughtful provision of bicycles for guests to use added a delightful touch, enhancing our exploration of the city. While our bedroom was private, the shared kitchen and bathroom fostered a sense of community. In the evening, we engaged in enjoyable conversations with fellow travelers from other rooms, making our stay all the more enriching. The nearby church, although its bell rang every half-hour from early morning, was not a significant disturbance when windows and doors were closed. Alessio's consideration extended to providing earplugs, ensuring our sleep was undisturbed. The bathroom's cleanliness and spaciousness, along with the availability of necessary toiletries, further added to the convenience of our stay. As a bonus cute cats were visiting us from time to time. AD Rooms left us thoroughly satisfied.

Adding more coffee cups and teaspoons to the kitchen would be beneficial.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful, lovingly furnished accommodation! Both the own room as well as the kitchen, bathroom, balcony and staircase were so cozy and furnished with so much love, everywhere were (small) plants to be found. The accommodation has a flat character as kitchen and bathroom are shared by all guests. The private room (like all other rooms) is reached via a beautiful, small veranda-like balcony, which in turn creates privacy. From here you get to the nice kitchen, where you can meet the other roommates. There are a stove, dishes, a fridge and everything else you need. Connected to it is the bathroom (also with everything you could need - from towel to soap). From the balcony you have a fantastic view towards the adjacent church. Here you can have a nice breakfast in the morning or read comfortably in the evening. In the morning from 6/7 clock the church bells start to ring, which is not a problem for early risers and serves as a free alarm clock ;) But there will be a break starting from 10 p.m. till 6/7 a.m. Thank you again!! 😍😇 Kerstin and Annika from the Siebengebirge ⛰️

Alessio and Daniela were the best hosts!! I would definitely come back to their beautiful house again!! They helped us, because we didn’t have a car, so they gave us couple rides to the town and they were very sweet and helpful! They also gave us a lot of tips what to do in the area.

Everything was perfect!
