V&T Hotel Phu Quoc - 3 minutes to Beach

The clean comfortable rooms the huge pool and close to the beach but best of the the friendly helpful staff

Очень классный семейный отель. Мы были уже не сезон, поэтому практически не видели других гостей отеля. Комната супер чистая, уборная просторная. Кондиционер работает очень классно + есть напольный вентилятор. Море в шаговой доступности, рядом небольшой рынок с едой есть. Для пассивного отдыха самое то! Стоит своих денег

Возможно мы заселились не в сезон, поэтому как заявлено в букинг не было завтрака, но на 1 этаже рядом с ресепшен есть кофейня, цены очень доступные. Также ксть серьезные проблемы с интернетом на всем острове. Его может не быть целый день или несколько часов из-за ремонтных работ

I arrived late at night, and for reasons unknown, the hotel staff handed my room key to the taxi driver. He then kept my luggage and followed me up to my room. The staff left me alone with him, and he refused to leave. The situation escalated, and he ended up physically assaulting me. I did my best to remain calm and avoid making things worse so that he would leave as quickly as possible. He later stayed outside the hotel, seemingly watching me, for the rest of the night. I believe this situation could have been entirely avoided if the hotel staff had taken responsibility for my luggage and ensured my safety, rather than allowing an unknown third party access to my room. In addition, my room was located on the second floor and was extremely noisy early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. When I asked about the pool, I was not provided with towels—only vague directions. Given the safety concerns and overall experience, I had originally booked two nights but chose to leave after just one , I explained it to the staff, they didn’t say anything, but they made me paid fully + credit card taxes .. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wish they had more food options at the hotel

It’s a family owned hotel and all of them including the 2 kids spoke English very well They were helpful Breakfast was not included but you can buy an inexpensive breakfast there

The area is new and a little boring for my taste but beautiful and very well maintained

Tout y est très bien. La chambre est spacieuse, avec une table et des rangements. La salle de bain est aussi nickel, avec une bonne pression. L’hôtel est très calme de manière générale. Et les propriétaires sont adorables, toujours prêts à rendre service. En soi, rien à redire. Il est à 2 minutes des piscines et à 3 minutes de la mer, qui est propre et où vous pourrez voir des poissons et des étoiles de mer. Vous trouverez également un petit marché avec plusieurs restaurants et stands à 2 minutes.
