"We do like this hotel, just wish more service people are around."

Great hot springs, and the location is wonderful. Room is big and clean.

The service was not that great. Very limit staffs in the hotel and a lot of them can’t speak English. And at the breakfast, there was ice cream in the freezer. However, there wasn’t clear sign shows that’s not included. When my hubby grabbed some ice cream, a service lady showed up and tried to charged him for NT$100 for one scoop. Which was a very uncomfortable experience.
