Het appartement was zeer netjes, er zijn winkels dichtbij, je geraakt makkelijk op de snelweg richting centrum van Barcelona.

Het enige minpunt is het mevrouw die ons het sleutel is komen bezorgen dat zei geen Engels kon.

Excellent place for 4 adults (two couples), two bedrooms and two bathrooms, nice dining/living room with open kitchen and nice balkony as well. Beds were of good quality. Modern building, sound proof. Free car parking possible in the street. Nice location, peacefull neibourghood with 10 minutes walk distance to down town.

Immaculate apartment with lots of amenities. Very safe. Easy walk to the center.

It is a growing area. There was a construction site immediately adjacent.

I really liked comfort and hospitality of the owner. They really greatly cared with us and in flat all was clean, new and nice 10/10! I would visit again and stay at this flat:)

It was a perfect house in perfect location. Tina was super lovely and helpful. We didn’t have any problem with parking. House has all the equipment you may need. There were many restaurants and markets around it. We really felt like we were at home.

- New building, lift (3rd floor) - High quality kitchen appliances - Bright flat, good interior lighting even in the evening - (Still) easy to find a parking space (August 2023) - Two supermarkets (Mercadona, Carrefour express) at a walking distance of about 3 minutes.

- A new house is being built next door (August 2023), it is very noisy from 8am. Sleeping longer is impossible. It will probably be better in summer next year. - The location is not central, a car is recommended
