-very clean -spacious -quiet - very good location

-the hot water is limited, there is a boiler. So the bathtub is useless . There is water for only 2 quick showers, and then you have to wait for the water to get warm again. -there is a washing machine, but no place to dry your clothes, so again -useless

Apartment was good and location is fine, BUT the last day of our trip in the apartment was not electricity. We explained that situation to our host, but no one has came to fix that problem, so we could not charge our phones, we had not internet connection and couldnt make a shower and couldnt pack our stuff in the dark. That was one really big problem and made our last day/night in apartment very difficult. We asked our host to refound us money for that last night, but they did not answer on that request, just tell us that they are sorry.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. A little way from the centre of town, but the walk takes you through an area full of bars, restaurants and life - for us, this was a bonus. We were lucky to find on street parking nearby, but this could be challenging so paid parking may be required. Communication with the manager was excellent throughout the process. The apartment is secure and has everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen is well equipped (good quality saucepans, glasses etc). Single ac which cools the entire apartment well. Small but nicely finished bathroom with a bath and washing machine.

The crockery feels very cheap (IKEA). The bed would benefit from a mattress cover and a larger sheet (that actually fits). The apartment has a good, new washing machine and a drying line available (out of the lounge window), but no pegs - it would be good if a few were supplied (I don't normally take mine on holiday!).
