We booked this hotel through Expedia. It was odd because we did not receive a confirmation from them before check-in (red flag#1). When we got there after showing them our prepaid reservation, they claimed they did not have it in their system, and they claimed that they had rejected all the reservations booked through Expedia. They said that they would offer me a room for my family to stay for additional money, even after I showed them that it was fully paid through Expedia. After hours and days of back and forth with Expedia, Expedia sent us the refund. And we were lucky, we were able to book a last-minute stay at another hotel. Expedia should do better at vetting hotels like to protect travelers like us. Think twice before coming here. We were there for 5 hours trying to resolve and did not see a single soul checking in.
