Clean and had everything we needed.

More wood for fire, especially larger logs rather than a bag of small kindling, would have been excellent.

Very well presented house, quiet location handy for Consett and Newcastle. Good fishing nearby and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Bedding (duvets) rather lightweight compared to what im used to.

Comfortable beds and nice bathroom, there was a sturdy camp bed in the wardrobe which is useful. The kitchen was well equipped but quite small. Location was handy with Santonios restaurant and flipped burger just 100 metres away. Large drive for off road parking.

Could have been cleaner and it’s a bit neglected. There’s a back yard which is sunny in the morning but unusable due to weeds in the block paving, see photo. Likewise the drive and front lawn are quite weedy but are useable.

It was a bit more remote than we wanted

Very close to the event we were attending.

It could have been cleaner had to buy some toilet roll we left it for the next guests. And cleaned the patio doors.

Cosy ,clean and well situated.

Well equipped, comfortable, great size, easy parking and lovely little patio and front garden to sit in when the sun shone.

The property was clean comfortable and quiet The log fire and complimentary wood was absolutely perfect and much needed as it was cold and ended a long tiring day out walking with glass of wine in front of the fire The beds were very comfortable and the heating system was good

The hot water for the bath was lukewarm The wifi was unstable and unable to connect to YouTube. We struggled to watch a programme as it kept logging in and out There are no instructions on how to use the electric hob that delayed cooking breakfast No local amenities guide or where to eat, drink, and activities that are usually in place in holiday let properties
