We just returned from a vacation in amazing Georgia, and I wanted to praise the hotel. Our stay was absolutely excellent! The room was very spacious with a spectacular view, and the breakfast was wonderful, featuring everything you could possibly need. But above all, the hotel staff—led by the wonderful Luka and Sophie—were incredible. Not only were they welcoming and ready to answer any question, but they also went completely out of their way to assist us during a challenging personal situation in a foreign country. They made us feel right at home, and we truly made new friends. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Makes a very good first impression (nice rooms) and we got treated well on our first day. We are still not sure why this took a turn later on. See negative review below. We cannot recommend this hotel!

There was an issue with another guest in the spa area, to which the hotel staff responded inappropriately. To anticipate the hotel’s reply, I want to emphasize that this was NOT about the other guest loudly making a video call (!) in the pool. The hotel staff thought the best solution was to initiate a confrontation while other guests were in the same room. After the guest's threat to step outside and fight (he even hit the wall with his fist), I urged the listening restaurant manager who initiated the situation to ask the guest to leave, which he refused on the spot. The threatening guest continued to be served at the bar, while my companion and I could no longer remain in the breakfast room as we DID NOT FEEL SAFE. During the subsequent attempts to clarify things with the hotel staff, we were constantly interrupted, which is why no satisfactory solution could be found. Finally, the general manager rushed over, who let me finish my sentence just as little. Therefore, the team still thinks the conflict was about a phone call, instead of the explicit threat. What a shame! Note: Additionally, people vape in the spa area. It’s not for everyone. They will also jump in the water in their cotton underwear without showering. Unhygienic!

Die Lage ist einzigartig, der Blick aus dem Fenster, unmittelbar auf die Kirche gegenüber ein Traum! Das Frühstück war wirklich gut , auch das Abendessen ordentlich, das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend .

Das Schwimmbad war nicht besonders, zu klein und nicht sehr einladend. Es hat stark geregnet in den Tagen und an einigen Stellen hat es in das Gebäude geregnet, auch ein Schlafzimmer wurde etwas feucht
