Promptly confirmation, once selected and paid. Easy to find with normal maps navigation. CLean, new, enoug space for needs and fully equipped. Great for 2, good for 2+1 child.

Apartment is in a condominium with private walking thin yard and protected with barrier (only locals have remote for barrier access). On Biserica Alexe street cannot park the car, while is also only for residential protected parking places. Parking is possible only on Serban Voda street, where the sector 4 parking is green, with 1.16 ron per hour (~28 ron per 24 hours with T-Park and other options on mobile phone apps or sms). I hope these details to be posted by owner on the parking reference for other customers. Toilet/bathroom have broken vent and only way to refresh the air is by connected kitchen door. Recommended to the admins to provide enough backup toilet paper, while it was finished during last night and no other found.
