Clean house, wifi provided and close proximity to UTP (since doing some work there). The setup is pretty clean and nice air conditioning for hot Tronoh. The owner is accommodative. Will consider again for next stay

The parking ramp a bit high. Towel not provided (lucky I brought mine)
