Towers Hotel & Spa

the hotel is in an excellent location, and the rooms were very clean and tidy, the spa facilities were first class and very well organised. we had an evening meal which was great and the breakfast in the morning was super, would highly recommend.

nothing really was a great place with no complaints from us.

Excellent staff - really friendly and helpful. We had a really good swim in the pool and used the sauna. The bar was also nice outside in the hot weather. Really good breakfast - my children enjoyed the food. It was also nice to invite my son as a non-resident guest for breakfast.

One of my daughters didn't have such a comfortable mattress in their twin room - it was thinner than her sister's. She still managed to sleep well, though.

Spa Room

Most of the Staff was very tense. Felt like they were all in a fearful state- of pressure and many rules. Somehow felt scolded. Some staff were even unfriendly. Harsh. A set time for meals - when I prefer flexibility on holiday. Lots of rules: no ice allowed- only with a $5 fee because of the ‘no external wine’ rule. I wanted ice for my medication but no one asks- they just charge. Spa on Saturday was closed from 11am-3pm. This is the main reason for coming. WiFi was choppy. Hotel needs lots of maintenance.

Most quiet spa i ever seen. Waterfalls and amazing beaches 20min drive any direction. Great staff, everyone friendly, and tasty breakfast :) Very comfy beds:)

Internet almost not existent, and no signal on the phone either. If you work online, big problem:) Wifi given disconnects every 2min, and they collect data too…

Rooms were very clean and big. Good location and overall setup.

We booked two rooms and they gave us rooms in different buildings far away from each other. (At first - we managed to get them changed later, but only after multiple rounds of begging and complaining). The pool area is only accessible during g certain hours that are not reserved for “day spa guests”. Kids are allowed, but times are even more restrictive for them. That was a pity as none of this was mentioned in the description on booking.com and it was one of the main reasons for us to book…

Breakfast was good, especially croissants , nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Good to have use of spa facilities. Very pleasant staff. Plenty of on site parking. Accommodation and food represented good value for money.
