Wooden studio with parking near Aura river

The apartment had excellent kitchen facilities, so I was able to cater for myself. The furniture was comfortable and well-maintained, with a selection of toiletries in the bathroom. It was located in a quiet neighbourhood, but there was a bus stop just around the corner, so it was easy to reach the city centre.

The apartment is very cozy and has a lot of warmth. Wooden details and a fire place gives it a cabinlike vibe which I thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment is spacious with a kitchen where you can prepare meals or have a hot cup of tea or coffe which was either included or left by previous guests. I liked the historic setting of this old house while every facility like the bathroom or kitchen was up to modern standards. Everything from a microwave to a water boiler and fridge with a freezer is present in this apartment. The apartment is a short walk from the river and central areas of Turku and I also walked to and from the ferry at the port. The wifi is good and shower pressure and included toiletries are good as well. Maria, the host, is a warm and caring person who tries and succeds in meeting a guests wishes, like for example when I wanted to extend my stay. It was clear to me that Maria really cares that whoever comes to stay at this place feels welcomed.

There wasn't anything I disliked. Regarding the small bathroom, yes it's smaller than average but still comfortable enough for one person to shower (So no showersex for some of you, haha). And seeing the context of this being a house built before WWI where the bathrooms were outside the house I feel there is nothing to complain about. I could hear the neighbour watching TV but this wasn't something that disturbed me.

Attentive and kind owner. Very clean and comfortable apartments. Near the house there is a shop and several cafes. There is free parking. This is a very nice place.
