"Absolutely fantastic!"

Three of my colleagues stayed at the property for a total of 3 weeks. They were extremely happy with the property and it met all needs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook with. Off road parking which is very handy for a work van. Quiet secure location. There was an issue with the bath leaking which was fixed same day and no issues after. Lloyd is only a message away and answered all questions, he went absolutely above and beyond for my colleagues! Thank you ever so much for accommodating them and will be in touch when we are back in the area! :)

Location and parking facilities were excellent. Very handy location for train station and local pubs. Lovely layout to the house, very quiet area. We would definitely recommend it. Lovely and clean and well presented. Lots of space, and high quality finish.

Pillows were particularly flat. Could not double up due to 7 staying. Limited towels (head towels for female guest). No toilet roll holder in ensuite shower room but one everywhere else. 2 shower mats provided instead of hand towel. Possibly more chairs for the dining area to facilitate up to 7 guests. Back door may need looking at as it's not sealing properly at the top.

"Nice clean comfy place, tho on a housing estate and not ideal on a hot evening"

Nice new property, nice comfy beds, clean.

Only summer related. It was very hot on the weekend we stayed, so this only counts for a hit night.. the blinds were awful, you had to have windows open as there was no fans, this ment they flapped in the wind all night long.. then when the sun came up at 4:30am it was like someone had turned on a flood light, so bright and hard to sleep . Then with the window open you can hear absolutely everything outside, the estate it’s on is nice but noisy. Oh and don’t forget the train that comes by blasting a horn ever 25 mins

"Well appointed house."

The property was clean and well appointed. There was ample room for us and our friends. Bath sheets were soft and fluffy. Very good parking available. The property was within walking distance of the village. And very handy for the railway station. Will definitely consider again for future visits.

House lacked character being a very new property. Also had a loose toilet seat in the main bedroom on suite. The house was very warm making it difficult for sleeping. Tried to alter heating but not very successful. Instructions to do so in folder would have helped.
