Large and comfortable apartment

La grande terrasse et la situation en bord de mer. Le lieu idéal pour visiter le nord de l’île. La cuisine très fonctionnelle et de nombreux équipements : lave linge, lave-vaisselle et même serviettes de plage. Daniela l’hôte est très professionnelle.

Les équipements autour de la piscine ridicules: 3 transats en très mauvais état. Mauvaise isolation phonique dans une des chambres.

El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo. Las fotos se ajustan a la realidad. Se aparca muy fácil y está bien situado. La playa está a unos 10 minutos y hay supermercados muy cerca. Es muy silencioso. La piscina está muy bien. Daniela, muy maja, nos explicó lugares que visitar y donde comer.

Todo estaba bien. De vez en cuando había alguna cucaracha, pero es que por esa isla se veían pulular por la calle

Spacious, comfortable, secure, clean and quiet (apart from building work). Towels provided for pool. The very spacious balconies (2 of them). Lots of additional items provided in kitchen - cling film, foil, washing powder, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, etc. Safe in both bedrooms

No air conditioning. Beginning to look tired - worn items such as tiles, sofa, bedding. Small double bed. Drainage smell from bathroom. Felt more residential than a holiday complex. Noise from building work on new complex situated away from property.

This is a private apartment on a small, now mainly residential, complex and is an exceptional apartment, one I'd happily live in as a permanent home (if lucky enough to move to Costa Teguise). Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos, with that very big balcony that gets the sun in the morning and the one at the side, facing the pool, is quite a bit bigger than it appears in the photos and gets the sun in the afternoon and early evening. We don't do much cooking on holiday, but the cooker and oven (which we didn't use) would suit those who do, I'm sure, and there's plenty of cooking utensils and dishes etc. The shower rooms are a good size with plenty of hot water allowing us to use both at the same time (not always the case in Lanzarote) with still plenty of hot water for a third person (we were 3 adults) immediately after. The position is very good for walks towards the Santa Rosa area as well as into the main part of town/Pueblo Marinero. The walk in both directions is easy with a short hill down from the apartment that is an easy walk, even for me with my very dodgy knees. We've holidayed in a large number of private let apartments in both Costa Teguise and Playa del Carmen and this is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, we've stayed in and we're hoping that availability will match our holiday dates for November and we'll definitely book another stay there. Final word for our host, Daniela, who was extremely helpful and a delight to meet. She was very helpful with both an early check in and late check out. Thank you, and hope to see you again in November.

Good location and spacious

The property was in a good location, very secure, nicely decorated, spacious with the bonus of 2 lovely terraces and great parking. Daniela was incredibly helpful and the communication and service was excellent.

The double bed was extremely hard and would benefit from a change of mattress or a deep topper. The kitchen lacked a number of basic items like a cheese grater, plug for sink and washing up bowl. An extra tea towel, cutlery, mugs and bowls would also make a big difference for those self catering and could be added easily at very little cost. As we were there for a month we purchased a few items and left some for future guests.
