The owner was super friendly

The bath was flooding always and smelled a bit

First of all - they didn't have room, so they offered me hotel nearby. 1)Staff was very friendly, speak very good. Girl on the reception also, really helpful. 2) have hot water in room, have shampoo and soap, toothbrush and shampoo. 3) room okay, my room at 8 floor can be value for money

1) they have a big problem with cleaning. Didn't change bed linen. I asked about changing my room, and they offered me another. 2) some people outside were noisy, started listening to Chinese songs at 8:00, or spoke loud 3) someone opened the door of my room at 11:00, used other card. I just asked what happened, and this person closed door again. I don't understand who it was. If it's cleaning, why don't knock the door first? If it's not cleaning, who had key to my room? But nothing bad happened, I hope it was just misunderstood
