It said continental breakfast and we only were served cereal…

The staff was extremely friendly which made my grandson and I stay happy.

There were random people who came into the room while my employee was in his room. That is not safe and why would that even happen. They used a key card and just walked right in. The area around the property was not safe and I ended up having the employee check out earlier than needed due to unsafe conditions. I will never book a room at this facility again. Unsafe and not the best at cleanliness.

Do not stay here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Where to begin? Upon entering the room, the TV was on and the window was wide open without a screen (we were on the 3rd floor). We ended up on the third floor because the elevator button for floor 2 didn't work. The room smelt like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. There was no toilet paper or hand towel in the restroom. The bath towels were dirty. The bedding was stained: comfortor, pillow cases, and sheets. The "continental breakfast" consisted of two different cereal choices, a loaf bread to make toast, and coffee. If we were planning in staying in Albuquerque for multiple nights, I would have changed hotels. This hotel stay was not worth the $85 I paid. It isn't worth any money.

Outside property looked run down, with no outdoor access after hours except through main lobby. Front desk staff informed me when I checked in that if I was to have guests, they must check in and out with the front desk, despite that not being in the terms that were written out. Room was newly renovated and clean inside but loud outside stimuli.

Towels had holes in them. Sheets and comforters stained. We will no longer consider Days Inn when traveling. Domestic dispute in lobby when we were checking in.

I waited at the desk 20 minutes while the workers tried to troubleshoot another problem. Nobody acknowledged me or even gave me a glance over. Once I finally got checked in I was told that I was too early and it would be a $20 fee to check in early, so I declined that. After waiting 30 minutes the clerk decided to check me in since her shift was about to end and she had already collected my $100 deposit which wasn’t listed on the Travelocity site.

BED BUGS! I am miserable 3 days later and may have to call an exterminator to make sure they are not spreading in my house. Clean room, but bed bugs, rough exterior.

I can't believe that Days Inn actually has their name attached to this absolute dump of a hotel. This makes me want to rethink ever staying at a Days Inn ever again. This place was an absolute crack house. Days Inn needs to send a representative out there from their corporate Hdqts. and stay there to experience how awful this place actually is.
