Guest Inn & Suites

When I got to my room, it was not in great condition. There was only one small trash can and it was overflowing when I got there. There was an open soap bar and shampoo bottle in the bath tub. There was a towel crumpled in a corner of the bathroom. The door, when it locked automatically was loose, but at least couldn't be opened without the car key. The bed was made but whoever they had doing cleaning didn't inspect the area thoroughly. I got to breakfast around 8 and I understand that's a little late but they hardly had anything left.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot so I didn’t even stay. I returned my key and left and booked a hotel someplace else.

No blanket available, toilet paper but no tissues. Just old, bed old, old towels, just not updated . Any one who travels knows that a bedspread is not typically washed so always remove that but without a blanket its uncomfortable. Pricing is acceptable for a room that allows you to sleep and take a shower. Nothing else.

Olha : o quarto é espaçoso , cama grande , chuveiro quente , lugar ótimo acesso , próximo ao Downtown Norcross , lugar lindo . Apenas o pessoal da recepção que deixa a desejar , bem como o café da manhã , ridículo , não tem quase nada

It was a good hotel for the money. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Felt safe. Older place but good for a stay to take care of some personal business

I never made it to town

When I checked in I was greeted very warmly as always! I always enjoy my stays here. Very peaceful and quite andas accommodating. I would recommend this place to others.

The staff was friendly. The room did what it was supposed to do and nothing more. Free breakfast of coffee bagels and bananas. Shower was good. I don’t think cleaning staff communicates with management about repairs that need to be made
