USLocation, views, and initial communication from agency, not owner of said property. Safe location, with working washer and dryer and WiFi.
Repairs to adjacent townhome led to punctured tire with no response upon showing images of work crew upon arrival and nails found in driveway days later after noticing tire was flat upon awakening one morning. No response from agency on matter. Place photographs well but once you see the couch, you question everything else and notice how dated the unit is. Dryer was so packed with sand and lint I had to use the unit’s vacuum to clean it out in order to dry clothes. Pan cabinet looks disgusting and wall paper falling off walls. Weird smell in closets when opened in master bedroom. Look further afield as it’s not worth the value.
