SOKOL - Falcon's nest villa

The house is beautifully designed, the location is peaceful and comfy, a very homey feel. The staff is helpful and kind. Everything is new and clean. We cooked 3 meals and were happy to have all the cooking utensils at our disposal - pans, pots, cooking ladles, moulinette blender, whisk, ... A fully-stocked kitchen. The kids' playground was a life-saver too, with a bocce court next to it to keep the grown-ups entertained while watching the kids. The dry heat sauna is great, heats up to 60°C in just 20 mins. The convenience store is just a 5-min car ride away.

There could have been more options for hanging towels, like hangers and bars, or a drying stand. There IS a tumble dryer but none of the 7 of us are used to it and forgot about it even being there. Set the jacuzzi heat to 40°C. 35 is colder than body temp and kinda defeats the purpose...

Spacious and secluded property, with lots of options for activities around the house. We loved the outdoor table area with heaters for the winter and bbq. The beds were comfortable and large, and the sauna was really amazing, you can even connect your phone to it and play music! The owner and the staff were very welcoming, and easy to communicate with! Thank you for a lovely experience we will definitely come back!

The place was excellent and had a lovely, homely atmosphere. Everything was spotless and well organized. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the food served was really delicious. The accommodation was well-equipped with everything you might need, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I truly felt at home and would gladly come back again.

Our host Tina was amazing. She was so helpful both before we arrived, when we were there and even when we left. The accommodation is excellent. We had dinner & breakfast on site which was fantastic.

Eto ako je smeće dio građevinskog materijala, bez obzira što je van našeg iznajmljenog prostora nije lijepo za vidjeti. Kuća ima svoj roštilj tako je evo slika u prilogu koliko je bio mastan,zamazan on i okolo njega tako nas je dočekao da nam se gadilo pomisliti to koristiti. Kolegica je super simpatična i razumijemo da radi ali ušetati u 2 popodne dok smo mi u kupaćim kostimima smatramo da nije uredu.

Gute Ausstattung. Genügend Platz für mehrere Familien.

Świetnie wyglądający i wyposażony obiekt. Basen i jacuzzi oraz sauna to świetna sprawa. Wszystkie dostępne akcesoria w kuchni, łazienkach oraz w ogrodzie. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Oprócz pralki jest też suszarka na ubrania to bardzo na plus. Przytulne miejsce, dla rodzin dziećmi również. Możliwość zamówienia obiadów i śniadań na miejscu. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie, pomocna i wyrozumiała, zawsze gotowa do pomocy. Szczególnie dziękujemy serdecznie Pani Tinie za każdą pomoc i niezbędne informacje. Na terenie obiektu rodzice znajdą plac zabaw, a dla bardziej wymagających możliwość zagrania w różne gry typu bule, czy żywe piłkarzyki. Stosunkowo blisko na Jeziora Plitwickie. Blisko miasteczko Gracac, w którym można zrobić zakupy i zaopatrzyć w niezbędne rzeczy. Do tego można nie daleko można obejrzeć zjawiskowy Kanjon Zrmanje - vidikovac.... oraz innych ciekawych miejsc!

Jeśli ktoś chce codziennie również odwiedzać wybrzeże Zadaru i inne czy wyspę Pag musi przemyśleć tę lokalizacje, bo droga nie jest szybka i wygodna.

The villa was beautiful and clean. Was concerned as wasn’t many reviews but there was no need! Everything you need was supplied and more. Fantastic host who was friendly and very helpful who spoke fluent English. The pictures do not do the villa justice as simply stunning and was a perfect escape for my family. Amazing holiday.

The roads along some of the mountain routes can be challenging. More a Croatia issue but thought I would mention so to warn those driving to check routes to maybe consider more user friendly options. Can’t list any faults with property really.
