Floating Experience - Casa flutuante a 25 min do Porto

The location was so beautiful and peaceful and yet a very short walk to restaurants and shops and the beach. The houseboat was charming and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We slept like a dream and waking to a gorgeous sunrise over the water was amazing. Miguel was a fantastic host. Very communicative and responsive. He made sure we had a wonderful stay and felt very welcome.

Caution The site is very small, like a floating shoebox. Being on the water, it moves around a lot. As a result, it is not comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the toilet is very small, and the cistern is like the kind you find in a motorhome, meaning you have to flush it manually. The shower has very little water pressure. The worst thing is the cold. It was 7 degrees inside and the electric radiators don't work. The bedding is not suitable for these temperatures. If it's any use to you, my conclusion is that it is not recommended in winter.

the stay on the boat was great. beautiful place to relax. I slept very well on the swaying sea. the bed was very comfortable. coffee is also available, quick and clear checkin. I will definitely come again. thank you.

Do cuidado do Sr. Miguel a quem temos muito a agradecer toda a disponibilidade. A vista é fantástica e á noite com as luzes na cidade torna ainda mais bonita. A varanda para fazer as refeições é top. É uma experiência diferente, é preciso estar com esse espirito também.

Etwas besonderes zu finden ist oft nicht einfach. Es sehr schön dieses Hausboot zu nutzen. Gern wieder 😃
