Tidy
First it was not told up front that there was a security deposit. We only knew about it after I booked and paid for the nonrefundable booking . Then there was a link sent to complete your booking and registration and you can’t proceed unless you pay the £25 non refundable or the £195 refundable security deposit for damages. Second there was a stain on the bedsheet which I’m not sure if it is clean or not . Then several wallpaper were torn and they want you to pay £25 for security deposit . Third dining chairs are flimsy . Lastly I called their customer service to report about the bedsheet with stain, Charity said the property manager will call me but no one did . They also asked me to send the photos but nothing happened.

Perfect place to stay for Wales!
There are a few scuffs and chips around the house and we were worried we would be blamed for these as we had a dog with us. We took pictures on the day we got in the house but this was never mentioned by anyone so that's nice as we definitely didn't do any damage!
