The location was fab and the flat was very spacious, clean and comfortable

It would be helpful to have a few things included in the flat such as hand soap in the bathrooms, a tea towel in the kitchen, a bin and bin bags in the kitchen and instructions as to where to take the rubbish. The threat of being charged was provided without the instructions as to how to avoid the charges.
