I'm in SHOCK that either booking.com or this hotel wrote a fake review "from me" and posted it. I never wrote a review of this hotel. NOISY, NOISY, OLD, LOCKS BARELY WORK, CEILING FAN BROKEN ON ROASTING HOT DAY, I could go on and on. Fan was caked in dust, I have photos, hasn't been cleaned in ages. I couldn't figure out why so many positive reviews, now I see THEY WRITE THEIR OWN. Garbage. I was going to say something nice in my review, as it is a solid location near all restaurants and close to the beach. But this is unacceptable. Pluses - it is a large unit, the kitchen and bathrooms were both clean, it has cooking supplies and the bed was comfortable. The sports bar right next door is way too loud and bedroom with working fan faces that bar. People sit out side the bar and smoke, so you also can't open the windows to this unit without smoke entering the apartment. Staff was kind and helpful on the phone when we had issues.

There is no reason to go to a second location to collect the key. We got a parking ticket while waiting to get it, very irritating. It's a crowded place with limited parking. The key entry to the building worked from outside, but we GOT STUCK inside, because you had to shove, yank and pull the thing to open it. The company had to call the cleaning service to find out how to get out of the building as we were locked inside the hallway. Lame. The front door to the apartment also had a lock the spun around, but we were able to open it. It's tool old. Unsafe to have a building difficult to get out of in an emergency.

The appartment is very nice, it has been modernized and is very comfortable!

I suggest improving the cleaning team... it was noticeable that it was cleaned but it wasn´t very clean!

Apatment very well equipped, comfortable and with good sound insulation, which is perfect for resting.

It´s not the best location but you should take advantage of it to go hiking :D

- staff were rude and dismissive - check in process is a pain because you have to go to a totally separate location to pick up the keys that is not close to the property - no aircon- fans only
