"Clean Room, Good Location and Responsive Staff"

The room is quite clean. Great location, providing easy access to key areas. The staff is responsive and helpful. The high ceiling gives a spacious feel due to the loft design.

The boiler stops working between 22:00-00:00 (approximate), which can be inconvenient for guests during that time. Those who expect more room or a layered layout may feel limited by the design, especially if they have a lot of luggage or need more practical room division.

"Small and quiet appartment, close to station."

Location, it was clean, had a laundry machine; supermarket, bakery and restaurants close

It would have been nice to have a small desk as I was traveling for work. The foldeable kitchen table wasn't a great work desk.

Fantastic communication and staff exceptionally helpful. We had a late arrival courier waiting for us. Location spot on. Very comfortable and clean. Milk and tea coffee to start us off. Will definitely rebook.

No hanging facilities - the wardrobes are shelves. Difficult to dry hair in the mirror in hall as it's patterned so brought myself a extension lead to use bathroom mirror. Doors awkward in kitchen have to close to use kettle and that side of kitchen but not the end of the world.

We were so fortunate to find this place. Town centre location with free underground parking. Easy to find and codes given in advance. Also met by a lovely young lady who gave us the keys and took us to the apartment. She showed us around and pointed everything out. The flat was clean and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you require for self catering. Smart bathroom with superb shower. Any problems, to ring and get in contact which we did not need. There are lifts to all floors and down to the garage making it easy for luggage. Brew kit supplied and great quality towels. Close by are shops, bars and restaurants. Stayed at a few places in Newcastle but this was the best so far. Let's hope the Super League Magic Weekend remains at St James's Park.

Only minor, the Wifi is a dongle and you may have to move it round the room to get the best signal.
