Great location within an easy walk to "downtown" Wakefield and 10 minute walk to train to Boston. House was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitley stay here again.

Great location in a lovely area with a beautiful lake and access on foot to local amenities, cafe and some restaurants. Easy free street parking directly outside the house (we had a larger rental which couldn’t fit in the drive without blocking the owners car but not a problem). House was clean, well equipped and very large for a family of 4, note the two bedrooms are two doubles so one of our kids slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable. Washing and drying machines are shared with others and situated in a dirt floor basement - didn’t bother us at all and the machines are industrial size and speed which was great.
We had a great stay although as this is a shared house (we were in the downstairs unit) noisy dogs woke us in the night upstairs and also early morning as they were left in the garden barking. The house isn’t the most modern but part of the charm for the house and area ! Kitchen and bathroom are a little tired but nothing major.
