The location of the appartment is excellent: close to everything we wanted to visit. The ppl checking in where very nice: we felt welcome. The appartment is spacious enough. For us: two adults and two kids there was more then enough warm water for showering.

When we arrived the temperature inside the appartment was very low (cold!). It took us a day to get it up to temperature using the airco and the two heaters. Once the temperature was good we enjoyed the place.

Method for collecting the keys was by delivery and a bit late. One of the keys for the building did not work.

Communal sitting area not very comfortable and it was quite noisy at night.

Easy location to get to a market and places to eat. We were met by a helpful host that explained things in the apartment and in the neighborhood. She sent additional maps to locations we were traveling to.

The furniture in the apartment needs to be more comfortable. The lamps need lightbulbs. It would be helpful if the bed in the one bedroom could be out from the wall some. Was very difficult for the second person to get out of the bed.

The location was perfect. The check in an checkout process was extremely easy. The staff was always there to quickly answer any questions we had. The bed was comfortable.

The bad is not very long if you're a tall person.

Its location was fantastic, close to everything & everywhere you want to be in Madrid. Walking from here to the major barrios of Madrid super easy & a metro stop just around the corner. Also having 2 bathrooms was fantastic.

The noise from the street, even though it was off the main street. The fact that it was a ground floor apartment & the windows aren’t soundproof explains it, but that’s the price you pay for staying in the middle of the city in an old building.
