Modern Renovated - 2Bedrooms 2Bathrooms - Atocha

The apartment was clean and bonus is the availability of 2 restrooms especially for us as a group of 3. The the location is good and a walking distance from the attocha train station. The communication with the management team was easy and professional. I would love to especially thank Ms Silvia, who was very attentive and gave us a great welcome orientation and went beyond into giving us information about the nearby city attractions and valuable information. I would use the facility again anytime I come back to Madrid. It is a ground floor apartment.

The apartment is big and modern. It has two full bathrooms. There is a simple but good supermarket couple of minutes by foot away. Metro is also close by but we walked to the historical places, it was not too far away. Kitchen is also very well equipped. Air conditioning is in every room.

The apartment is on the ground floor. Thus, the windows are tinted. People outside can't see inside but you can't really enjoy a view or open the windows. The small room has no windows at all. The situation with garbage is very unfortunate. You have to take it out at a certain time late in the evening and the garbage trucks pick it up very early in the morning. Since it is a very small street, the trucks are extremely loud. Every night. Please fix the door in the bathroom in the master bedroom. It is so squeaky that the whole building can hear it :)

El diseño del apartamento y la limpienza pulcra del mismo.

Las almoadas. O muy muy duras o muy muy blandas.

El apartamento es amplio, está bien cuidado, bien dotado de electrodomésticos, menaje etc. Los baños son grandes y, como todo el apartamento, están muy limpios. Las camas grandes y cómodas. La zona es tranquila Aire acondicionado en los 2 dormitorios y en el salón/comedor, mediante 3 split independientes. Muy recomendable este alojamiento; sin duda repetiría

Por indicar algo decir que el aire acondicionado de dos de las estancias no funcionaba bien, por lo que pasamos algo de calor ya que coincidió nuestra estancia con la ola de calor de agosto de 2025. Se informó a los gestores de esta circunstancia y seguro que lo arreglarán, viendo lo cuidado que lo mantienen
