（please read this first，this page on top）First，super clean and even better than picture，part of mountain can be seen from living room.Good equipment and good brand for everything.I never experience apartment like this.oh but WiFi don't work well especially in bedroom. But words below doesn't enough so I have to say sth here also.For other guests，if you would like your door be opened in the midnight only with doorbell ring, but without your permission, and someone can enter, then go for it.This is another thing I never everexperience. Before we arrive, we saw on the introduction that the owner can speak English, Italian and other language, so that's the reason we choose that because we are international traveler and cannot speak Italian, I think it's quite normal for an apartment owner,especially they specific that on page. The information she gave me on booking is written in Italian.And I said I cannot speak Italian and be so sorry for that. Please see my screenshot.Still, she says things in Italian, but I don't think that would be a problem at that time.And booking should have translation function,not her issue or my issue, I also think things fairly.So at that time I thought it would be good. And before we enter the property, we already realize there is no air conditioner, because I always read full text of the page.But inside the house the first fan is broken, I cannot use it.So I follow her instruction, she said whenever you have any problem call me.So I called her to find some help.But seldom she or her partner can seldom speak English, and repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly tell me the enter code, I'm not foolish, really. Until then she tell me her father is in hospital.She will not be here until 10.I feel really sorry for her and offer things like we can wait somewhere else to cool down and wait until she came back.

（everytime you try to question me，ask yourself whether you have guest permission when you break in at midnight！！！） And here goes the really bad thing！！After eleven o'clock, the bell rings heavily.And minutes later, she and her partner use key open the door.At that moment I nearly have no clothes on me！！！You should feel really lucky.We are not from other region where girls has to have scarf and can see other men.I feel sorry for these girls too.It's just a remind，that，there are people，variety people，who has rights to not wear many clothes indoo，and you should not open the door without asking.If you meet others, maybe it's not as simple as they“only called the police.”And this is not a lesson I should teach you, this is the thing you have to completely know yourself. She try to kick us out！said sth like if we dont like we can find some other place，and said she will call the police because we didnt give her passport.What a good suggestion！As it shows in picture，she is the one who offers us we have passport to her“tomorrow”.（just where I would like to give gift as we always do for apartment although we don't have to） Here I took a viedo for this time，for self protection.without people face of course.Image if you are in this situation.Someone use spare key in your evening. She steps all around apartment，said the roof fan is working，and stare at me and smash instruction on my face said there is English. I'm not a robot who has to stay in only one point in apartment with  immovable fan.And as showed in picture，the only language is German. To fan problem，her only answer is，this is Italy, this temperature is not normal, she also have to suffer from this temperature.Father in hospital.Yes, I really really have sympathy that she have to suffer from her family issue and also the temperature，but this is not the answer for broken fan problem. And I really sympathy on her issue，but I may have better suggestion.

Nice appartment, clean, good space, in a quiet area. Close to the lake.
