Clean, lovely views from terrace, amazing location in the old town

Beautiful place!! We loved the apartment which was tastefully decorated, well laid out and clean. However, we stayed here during Storm Erminio and very sadly the non stop torrential rain leaked through the ceiling on our first night! Anna Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and early the following morning she moved us to Casa Martina which was a comparable property in the old town. We were sad that the terrible weather meant that we couldn't enjoy the lovely roof terraces in either place, but both were in excellent locations near restaurants and the port. Thank you Anna Maria!

Location was superb - very close to the livelier part of the old town, and very quiet too.

The house was comfortable and nicely furnished.

The stairs. Three flights of steep stairs to reach the roof terrace. It was not possible to park at the property and very difficult to find a place to park in the town.

Location was good, being close to the bars and restaurants in the historic part of the town, but quiet.The property has 4 levels with a lovely big terrace with comfortable chairs and a table on it. Great for early breakfasts and late evening glasses of wine. There was plenty of shade for sunny days. Small balcony on the kitchen/living room level was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was a bit hard for me personally but no problem for my other half.

We really felt that a hand rail should be on the final level of steps to the terrace as they are very steep. Did not feel 100% safe when we were descending.

Perfect location.

The bed is very soft.

Fantastic and quiet location, walking distance to station. Close to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Adequate cooking facilities, washing machine and ironing facilities. Two bathrooms on different levels. Beautiful terrace with views of rooftops and the sea

Some minor maintenance issues such as a blown globe in one bathroom and no mirror in the other, which was a challenge. This unit has one bathroom on ground floor, kitchen,living on first floor, bedroom on 2nd floor and terrace on 3rd floor. There are a lot of steep stairs in this unit so if you have mobility issues, it is not for you
