"No hot water & broken AC is unforgivable"

Location

No hot water. AC broke. Lights in room broke. Key card broke. No shower curtain. No shower mat provided. Didn’t clean room despite staying for 2 nights. Never provided more toilet roll. Breakfast was awful with poor selection & awful tasting coffee. Staff at reception were more interested in their phones than servicing guests.

Wszystko dobrze, śniadanie full wypad za tą cenę jeszcze takiego nie widziałem, podobno trzeba iść odrazy na otwarcie bo potem może nie być nic.
