Faltou limpeza e produtos de primeira necessidade(shower gel, hand soap) que normalmente deveria estar disponível para os hóspedes, fomos prometidos pelo anfitrião que fariam a reposição, mas também falharam na reposição. Um pouco desapontado com a limpeza e o ferro de engomar está muito sujo(prometeram que trocavam, mas não aconteceu.

Location and security is good. Access to Mall of Africa. Amenities in the room were fine.

No Curtains or blind on the bathroom window and its a big one from top to bottom.. Have complained it to the property manager and they promised to fix it. But anyone who is choosing this house should check that with the property once hence using the master bedroom bathroom will be very uncomfortable. That's the main point where my stay became uncomfortable. I will suggest the property manager to fix it and also add those photos in the display of booking.com so people can see that's its fixed. No intention to harm any ones business. Please fix it, I myself can come back again with family. Thank you

Very beautiful, cosy home. Really enjoyed our stay there. To keep the cold away they provided fuzzy blankets, heaters and electric blankets 10/10 for that. Amenities were superb. Safe building. Team was very responsive to queries. Super impressed and we will be back again soon for sure.

The property was very clean ,it had all the necessary materials to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The interior was absolutely stunning great safe location as well
