Easy to get to but still secluded & private Conveniently located a mile from Ingles and less than 30 minutes to towns Beautifully decorated & very up to date Meticulously clean Nice outside views Amazing hot tub

Curtains and/or blinds not present on most windows including areas where privacy is desired Small living room with only one couch - reflection on tv when sun is out due to not having blinds or curtains Many cameras on the outer perimeter of the home which made us feel we didn’t have much privacy Small shower

Loved the jacuzzi, the kitchen was big and beautiful for all my family. My daughter loved the claw leg tub up stairs, but really needs a shower curtain if you want to shower off. Loved the location and the town of Newland.. the Mexican restaurant is the best.. you gotta have the chocolate cake. Would definitely come back here

The living room is very small, and no sitting spot in the rec room downstairs. The trees around the hot tub needed cutting so you can see off the porch to view the fireplace and stream.
