Convenience Condo for Mountain Retreat

Loved the space, the closeness to Dollywood and ease of getting to everywhere we need to go!

I did not like the smell of the dump that was very strong both mornings, I also did not like the fact that the master bedroom window was just to the staircase/trashcan and the fact that the light from other cabin shone in all night.

It was a quite location

My husband was having chest pain and we didn't get to enjoy our stay. We had to call the squad. And then we a had a hospital trip. So not much relaxing. Wish we could have enjoyed.

The property was great! Very spacious and clean

The guest in the condo above was very noisy all hours of the night and disrespectful called the office twice to report and nothing was done, ended up leaving in middle of the night and booking somewhere else.

Location

Ceiling fan in the living room was wobbly and couldn’t be used. Thermostat set on 69° and was still really warm in the condo. Had to put a bulb in the back porch light. And hot water worked everywhere but the kitchen. It started working the we left. But other than that it was good.

Bigger than I expected. Lots of room. Close to everything yet you felt like you were away from the hustle & bustle.

The couches were not very comfortable nor were the beds. Walls are thin so you could hear people talking & I even heard someone snoring.
