"Surprise Jomtien budge friendly hotel"

Was looking for Jomtien hotel for overnight with car parking. This hotel ✓ all the boxes. Near beach Rd & baht bus. Room big & clean. Breakfast surprised me. Really simple but nice. Massive mugs of machine coffee, waffles, eggs & cereal.

Very minor issue that's common in Thai hotels & condos is the toilet seat is loose & can be fixed easily but many rooms choose not to

"Just a very good budget hotel not far from the beach"

Rooms cleaned every day the breakfast was good basic a bit repetitive so missed out a few times but overall good budget hotel
