"Needs to be down graded to sleeps 2 in a double bed, work required on welcome pack, TV needs to work, not good value"

4.0

Great location Great setting Very clean

No welcome pack so no wifi password or instructions regarding water heating etc, tv poor reception unworkable. The worst part was it is advertised as sleeps 4, not a a chance you are able to sleep in the bed but the pull out bed in the living area is awful and had 5 nights of uncomfortable interrupted sleep, the toilet sometimes would not stop running water, the shower had no mat and the surface in the shower basin was dangerously slippery when wet, we bought a mat, the kitchen sink needs a bowl or you need a 100l of hot water to wash a few pots. A washer and dryer is in a garage next door it was open we presumed it was for guests, who knows. We rang the telephone number provided but no answer, eventually a pdf was sent with instruction and wifi password The post code provided does not work Sat nav takes you 150m short, you would never find the entrance in the dark on a very dangerous road.

"Very good"

8.0

Cute little accommodation for what we required. The views were something else. To be able to sit and enjoy the view with a glass of wine was a nice end to the evening.

The beds are never as comfortable as at home, but overall, they were good.

"Lovely location with good countryside views."

6.0

The location was ideal for us as we wanted to visit Bath, Wells and Cheddar

1. No welcome pack which meant that we did not know how to recycle the rubbish 2. We found the kettle provided difficult to use for making pots of tea (we like our tea!). A regular kettle would have been helpful. 3. Shower temperature kept going hot and cold 4. We required bedding for the living room sofa bed but although a duvet was provided there was no duvet cover (so we used our own sleeping bag that we had with us).

"Poor"

3.0

Post code took us to another property at midnight

Rooms were freezing cold on arrival after midnight . The bedding was not clean semen stains from previous users of the cottage. No tissues in the bedroom and no kitchen paper. No kitchen foil. Internet password not working according to glossy welcome brochure. Took us several attempts and several phone calls. Eventually we found that the password on the brochure did not match the router. So not good customer service and experience.

Sleeps 3 max, as the 2nd bed is a pull out sofa which is small. Also, the lodge itself is small.

Lovely quiet location very clean and well presented and Bertie the dog loved the huge grounds to stretch his legs. Thankyou for a lovely stay wish it could have been longer hopefully next time. Sharon Gary and Bertie.

"Pleasant stay, in brand new accommodation."

The house was in beautiful condition, with a lovely view over the field. They had thought of lots of nice small things, including lovely fresh flowers. We got a particularly good price as we were amongst the first bookers.
