Very spacious and comfortable. We didn’t have any issues and really enjoyed our stay!

At night some people will park at the Taco Bell and talk loudly until after midnight

"Very roomy, quiet and comfortable and only steps to the beach"

The place was very roomy, quiet and well equipped. The location is the best! We short walked it every day and then walked the beautiful white sands of Jax beach to pick up shells and to watch the surfers. The coolness of the water was so refreshing and absolutely beautiful and it was in August. Not like the gulf! We will be back! Thanks Zack you reassured us you were just a phone call away. If we needed anything.

Wish there was a broom or a swifter available.

"Awesome place to stay!"

Great location. Everything was clean and quiet and I loved the little private yard area. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great as well. Walking distance to the beach and food places. It was quiet and peaceful the whole time and made for a great stay. Definitely recommend!

Pull out bed was not very comfy and the door hinges inside need a little work so the doors close without having to lift them.

Location is great!

Worn and stain bed mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, no exhaust vents in bathroom, most windows do not open. Stains on sofa. Broken toilet, loose dining room bench, and stairs leading to the unit (not home) should have been disclosed.
