Cosy room, comfortable bed, nice decor, excellent communication from the landlord (very helpful).

Could have been cleaner, particularly the toilet. Nothing major, just something we noticed.

Central location, easy to park five minutes walk away. Very clean, very comfortable. Good kitchen/ diner. Very quiet.

No room to get down one side of the bed. No key in key safe. Not your fault as presumably previous occupants forgot to leave it. Perhaps the cleaner should check and leave a duplicate in there.

Extremely strong smell of drainage from bathroom. Had to close bathroom door when not using

"Everything you need for a comfy stay."

Clean and comfy which is in a perfect location for exploring Barnstaple.

Parking was a bit of a pain to be honest and one of the other occupants regularly played music as he or she took a shower at 5:30am.
