It was cozy air worked well shower was nice, easy to access

I emailed about the toilet first night and still haven't gotten any response...we figured out how to make it work for us.....also I request toilet paper and garbage bag and they never showed up...not many things to cook with

The location was great

The sofa was dirty and possibly had bed bugs as I woke up each morning with a new bite (which was not from mosquitoes). My mum sat on the sofa for a while and afterwards found the same kind of bites on her body. There were times I was sat on the sofa and it felt like there were something on my skin crawling. When you open up the sofabed underneath, it is very dirty so it doesn’t surprise me that there were bed bugs. The sofa definitely needs an upgrade as it’s not clean and the mechanism for opening and closing the bed is old, it is squeaky and the mattress in the sofa is lumpy and uneven. The chairs around the counter were very uncomfortable and uneven legs. The property has a kitchen and you’d expect some sort of table cloth or dish cloth but we only had sponges and wasn’t offered table cloth until the last weekend of the trip which meant we wasted money on buying kitchen towels as there was nothing to clean the counters.

Very good location, keyless entry to the room was great. Smart TV in room was great for relaxing in the evenings.

Hot water in the shower ran out quite quickly during showers. Staff begged us for tips, staff we didn’t know and hadn’t interacted with during the stay. No beach towels although description said beach towels provided.

didn’t get to explore the property but the apartment was comfortable.

toilet was giving a little trouble to flush, air condition wasn’t functioning at its full potential. got locked out of the bathroom and four hours later found out all we needed was a coin to open the door. that was the most horrid part.

Secure, comfortable, great location, right next to the pool area, so great access for the children.

Would have been great if the bedroom had a small en-suite. Did not like that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned. I’m used to cleaners coming every 2/3 days and changing towels etc

This location is perfect right in the town it was our second time staying here , everything you'll need in terms of amenities the owner is receptive and respectful

The check in we had to wait awhile to get into the apartment this was due to a new girl working at front desk

Price is right. Close to the beach and beach admission included. The restaurant upstairs had good food at reasonable prices.

The cleanliness of property could be improved quite a bit.

Location was central

It didn't match the describe or photos at all, we left after just one night of our 4 night nonrefundable stay. It was that bad! Staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was dark and musty. The air con leaked all over the floor. Shower was leaking. There were no windows, only wooden blinds which let mosquitoes into the room. The room, pool and beach area all in need of refurbishment, did not match photos. Locals continually walked through the complex despite the being a security gate.
