"Pleasant stay at a good price"

The staff were very helpful and provided clean towels, toilet rolls and extra pillows when we asked and were friendly and approachable helping us to our room with our luggage. Spacious room and accommodated when another guest added to our beds booking. Plenty of storage space and amenities

A couple of things… The shower head was faulty meaning the water just trickled against the tiles making it difficult to shower. The plugs weren’t compatible with the sockets meaning we couldn’t use the kettle. No clean towels provided without asking. No cleaning service/fresh bedding in a 6 night stay . Bins not emptied or advice given on where we could put the rubbish. No full length mirror unusual on a holiday complex. Shortage of loungers around the pool and most there were there were broken/damaged.
