Olumsuz yorumlardan dolayı önyargılı gitmiştik ama hiç te öyle çıkmadı. Eve ilk girildiğinde hafif bir küf kokusu var fakat sonraları rahatsız etmiyor. Küçük sevimli bir ev. Mikrodalga fırınından ütüsüne kadar gerekli tüm aletler var. Camlarda sineklik ve panjur var. Mutfak kısmında iki kişi, yatak odasında da iki kişi rahatlıkla yatabiliyor. Temiz değil yazanlar olmuş, temizlik bizim için yeterliydi. Nevresimler temizdi ama yastıklardan rahatsız olduk kendi yastıklarımızı kullandık. Ev sahibi gelmeden çok önce giriş talimatlarını verdi, konum attı. Aracımız için çok yakınında park yeri de bulduk. Merkezi yerlere çok yakın bir ev. Rapsani plajına 20 dk da yürüyerek gittik. Akşam da evin dışındaki masada oturup keyifle sohbet ettik. Biz memnun kaldık. Kısa konaklamalar için ideal bir ev.

Küçük bir ev olduğu için hareketler kısıtlanıyor,uzun zaman geçirilirse sıkıntılı olabilir. Yastıklar da yıkansa fena olmaz.

The location.

We booked this property through Booking in Kavala on 02/08 for one night. From the photos, it looked decent, with a double bed and a sofa bed. In reality, we were faced with an unacceptable, old shack. Low-ceilinged, dark, with a bathroom that had broken tiles and a cracked sink, a locked door leading to an unknown area, a sofa that could not be turned into a bed, and bed sheets thrown inside a closet that felt more like a storage room. The table was squeezed into the so-called “kitchen” area right next to the fridge. No courtyard – just a small table on the pavement. The 10/10 ratings are most likely from the owner’s friends, because objectively, the property is terrible. We paid €88 for something that isn’t worth even a third of that price. The owner should either fully renovate it or remove it from the platform immediately.

The comfort for sleeping, staying in the living room and also the facilities of the kitchen.The rooms and bathrooms were clean, something crucial.Also the kindness and help from the owner.

The price should be lower than €80,which is pretty expensive.This is also the case for similar Airbnb in Kavala town.

Excellent responsiveness, very helpful with parking (not easy, on the narrow, slanted streets), all good, we'd come back here. Thank you!
