U Maison by Class6

We loved our stay U Mason Villa as did the 9 of us who stayed there. Everyone had a room and ensuite and plenty of room too spread out. The pool and pool table were a great success. We spent time at the beach as well as time in the old town. The girls were excellent from checkin and with help organising tours and where to go for the tailor to transfers to and from the airport. The Sunny Cafe around the corner had excellent coffee and food. Loved the lantern boat ride in old city

The host was excellent and made sure we had everything without prompting, including google links to local shops for necessities. I requested coal and firefighters and the host prepared and did not ask for an additional fee.

Very easy, and very hospitable. Excellent communication and would highly recommend. Nice and quiet location, but everywhere is very accessible by bike / grab

Extraordinary villa with extraordinary people to welcome and advise us! We had a fabulous time there. The villa is stunning (even better than the pictures) and the staff is extra caring (thanks again everyone for your wonderful support during all the trip). The villa is only 5 min walk from the beach and a few minutes by grab or motorbike to the old town. To everyone considering booking this villa: do not hesitate, this is a must do!! <3

Nothing everything was absolutely perfect!

Exceptional beautiful property and brillant hosts. Really friendly and helped show us everything. Very large and luxurious rooms. Nice pool. Great location close to the beach. Great value for money. My friends and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely everything, it’s a beautiful house, very clean and modern. The location is walking distance to beautiful beaches, cafes and a short taxi ride to the centre of Hoi An. I cannot praise the staff enough, they couldn’t have done anymore to help, they even went out and brought us a birthday cake for one of the group! No hesitation in recommending this property. If we are ever back in Hoi An we will be staying at Basil Boutique. Thank you all so very much.

We were an extended family of 9 and had the whole villa to ourselves. Great location for exploring Hoi An. Nio and the team were really helpful and booked a couple of trips for us and made recommendations for coffee and food. The villa was really clean and each bedroom had a bathroom making it easy for the 9 of us to get ready. The kids made use of the pool. We had a really wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

Spacious and we had the whole Villa to ourselves. Highly recommend for the price.

Only access up and down the venue was stairs. We had elderly that stayed That found it difficult to go up and down the stairs.

Great location to the breach and cheap grab ride into the town. Lovely property with everything you need and staff were excellent

Nothing bad, didn’t get to use the pool due to the bad weather
