USThe Location and facilities were perfect. 3 bedrooms, lots of outdoor space, lovely pool and hot tub. Great layout and thoughtful amenities- guest book, coffee, high quality toiletries , pool towels, games. We loved it and will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in need of an escape.
USWe liked the privacy of the place and esp. the backyard - with access from the master bedroom and the bathroom. The beds were ver comfortable. We also loved the products in the bathroom (Avalon Organics) which gave us this spa like feeling. The pool was nice and the hot tub heats up fast and gets nicely hot. Everything was very clean! We definitely want to come back!
It was hard to figure out how one of the showers worked as one of the armatures to turn on the water was oddly positioned outside of the shower and it was not clear how to turn on the warm water. So we just used the second shower in the bathroom.
USBeautiful home equipped with everything anyone could need and then some! Very comfortable bed and linens, including towels. Our pups loved being able to go outside in the back without restriction.

USI want to provide a positive review for my experience with this property management team, however it has been very unsatisfactory.
We contacted the property as a member of our group had COVID-19 to see if we could reschedule or get a refund. Prior to talking with me, the property manager cancelled our booking for the weekend and rebooked the property for another party. Due to this preemptive cancellation, the property manager promised a refund or a credit to stay another weekend. We requested a refund, however, no confirmation was sent, and the refund was not received. I followed up for a week trying to resolve this issue with both the property manager and booking.com customer service and it was difficult working/reaching the property manager. He denied our conversation, despite having phone records and messages sent within the app. Then he stopped responding and neither a refund or credit has been provided. It felt very confusing and was very disappointing as the initial customer service was great. While I'm sure the property is wonderful, the customer service and response was horrible. This really impacted how I feel booking with booking.com in the future and I hope that the property and booking.com can improve their practices.
USeasy to get to. very clean. love the master bedroom steam & shower. very nice towels great hot tub washer & dryer with laundry soap coffee was there as well they did not miss a beat!!!

USEverything was more than we expected. The place looked exactly like the picture, very clean, and everything we need were there. Pools were pretty warm and super clean. We had some troubles, but wasn't any issue. The staff solved it as soon as possible, made us feel comfortable, asked if we needed anything always there for us. It was one of the BEST PLACE we stay since we used booking.com!! Won't regret! Really cozy and nice. Recommend for people who really want to rest. Because the neighborhoods are really quite, so best place to sleep in peace.
