The location was perfect. Can't be anywhere more central than that and has a great view to boot. Place was clean and decently equipped. It also had air conducting which wasn't on the listing which was a nice bonus.

The shower ran hot and cold every 30 seconds. You have to really choose your timing to jump in and out of under the shower to not get cooked or frozen. The staff didn't reply to messages. The TV remote was missing so we couldn't turn on the TV, messaged to ask but never responded in the 4 days we were there. Thank goodness we didn't need anything else. The place was nice but felt small things were missing, e.g. no tea or coffee, knives but no chopping board, no extra usable pillows, washing machine but no clothes rack. The key collection was in a restricted gaming room, where if you were coming in late with kids would've not been a nice place to be. There were people who smoked in the building and the smell was in the lobby and came into the unit. The noise was pretty bad. Being on the first floor you hear the rubbish trucks and work going on at 2-3am in the morning. But the units themselves are not well soundproofed either, you can hear your neighbors and upstairs moving around quite often.

The bathroom has some mold on the tiles. No place to dry your cloths after washing or hang serviettes after the beach. You need to search the keys in a casino, my child had to wait alone outside in a city he doesn’t know. The key was not available by 16:15 even if the host says we can pick up at 16:00, so we had to wait in front of the casino for the keys.

エアコンは2台有って良かった。スーパーマーケット、旧市街、ビーチの全てに行きやすく立地は最高です。アパートの前がゴミ捨て場でゴミ捨てが楽。窓からの景色も素晴らしい！電動シャッターがあるのも嬉しい！冷蔵庫もかなり大きくよく冷えます。確かにゴミ収集車と週末の騒がしさはあるがそれを上回る良さがあります。

洗濯後の干し場所に困った。乾燥機があれば良かった。

Great location and view. Very comfortable apartment.

Luckily i had neighbours who helped. I had no phone data. I hadn't been able to check . I had no instructions. I had to ask the neighbours. Then it was perfect. They let me keep my bag at the property and the keys until i went on with my travels. This was a technology fault not the hosts.

Nespresso coffee instead of a kettle and instant coffee.

It was a little noisy at night, especially on the weekend.

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in this spacious apartment. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need.- was great to enjoy our morning coffee looking over to Concha Bay. The bed and linens were very comfortable. We loved the location!With short walks to the beach, grocery stores and especially the old town for Pintxos at night. Our only negative - which is very minor and can’t be controlled- is that the garbage trucks come by at all hours - every night. We would totally recommend and hope to return.
