Safety

Property management requested us to pay R2000 for breakages which was supposed to be refunded 7 days after departure. It’s now a third week have not yet received my breakages amount. Try contacting the host agent and I was informed that refund has been filed and still in wait for approval. Total number of guest were 6 we were only given two toilet rolls. I am so sorry, this was not the first time booking for self catering, I have never brought my own toilet rolls. On top of the advertised amount on booking. com there was an additional R700 amount for cleaning, to our surprise that that cleaning fee is after departure. We were very disappointed, I am so sorry to be honest.

The security service was great, and the apartment was clean. The recreational area was clean . I will really recommend people to go and see it for themselves.
