Owner was very kind and supportive even though policy of cancellation was around 10 % but he offered full refund while I requested for cancellation. Moreover, Location as well as the view was great and as mentioned in the booking details.

One room only and same sofa is converted to bed for sleeping.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Giulio was super responsive and answered all our questions which made the entire stay even better. The balcony is hands down the best feature of the room, you can't ask for a better view! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and comfortable stay. The cafe around the corner is super cozy and perfect for breakfast, ended up being our favourite places to hangout.

There weren't enough plug sockets in the room but other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

Direction from booking not good took us 5 minutes from the apartment. Had to use the address from the owner to find it using maps.

I have a wonderful stay here, the view is stunning and the property was very clean and tidy, The kitchen was fully functional, with utensils to use, and some condiments. The balcony was lovely and really added to the experience. Giulio was fantastic from the start, he offered excellent communication and was very attentive. I have nothing negative to say about the property at all. However, It’s worth planning how you’ll get from the main station to the property, as busses we’re quite difficult to find (or maybe it was just me). But Giulio was really responsive and sent me a number for a taxi.

Very clean apartment, beautiful scenery and communication with host was very easy. Would absolutely highly recommend! Will definitely return. Thanks for all again.
